Welcome to Believe in You Counseling, PLLC, a solo mental health private practice, run by Lauren Doyle, LICSW, that aims to empower individuals ages 18 and up to manage their stress and improve their overall well-being by offering a person-centered and strength-based approach to treatment. BIY Counseling is thrilled to offer our New Hampshire based telehealth services to individuals located in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.​ 

 

Lauren has a strong passion for supporting individuals who are navigating life challenges and changes, especially related to Perinatal Mental Health, Parenting, and/or experiences with ADHD.  Lauren understands these challenges can be overwhelming and offers support and guidance during difficult times. ​​
